My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although needing more lights and renovation, were large and comfy with balcony views of the bridge and market. However, the rooms were a bit small with low ceilings. The service was top-notch, as the staff was very responsive and helpful, especially when my wife and I requested a room change due to noise from children. The location was perfect, just near the Christmas Market and the mountain trail. The dining experience was enjoyable with tasty options. The facilities were well-maintained.
