Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although needing more lights and renovation, were large and comfy with balcony views of the bridge and market. However, the rooms were a bit small with low ceilings. The service was top-notch, as the staff was very responsive and helpful, especially when my wife and I requested a room change due to noise from children. The location was perfect, just near the Christmas Market and the mountain trail. The dining experience was enjoyable with tasty options. The facilities were well-maintained.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms, with an excellent breakfast, were located in a Bavarian-style building that also housed the reception and the evening restaurant. Our room had a great view of the gorge, making it a cozy and connected space for the family.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfy with balcony views of the bridge and market, a real treat. The service was top-notch, with extremely helpful and multilingual staff always ready to assist. The location was perfect, near the Christmas Market and mountain trail, though a bit crowded at times. Dining was a delight, especially the extensive options, including the famous Black Forest gateau. The facilities were well-equipped and enjoyable, making my stay memorable.
The hotel offers large and very comfortable rooms, perfect for a family of four. The rooms have a nice balcony with views of the total complex. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but overall, it's a pleasant stay.
The hotel is a gem right in the heart of the Black Forest, offering modern and spacious rooms at a great price. Although some acoustics issues and privacy concerns due to lack of curtains exist, the overall stay was quiet and comfortable with a good value for money.
